渡辺 尚洋

東京芸術大学音楽学部を首席で卒業。チューリヒ音楽院及びヴィンタートゥーア音楽院修了。第10回管打楽器コンクールにて第2位入賞。第3回国際オーボエコンクール・東京にて日本航空賞、1992年マルクノイキルヒェン国際コンクールにて奨励賞。1996年ローザンヌにてハンス・ショイブレ・コンクール第2位入賞。1997年よりノルトハウゼン歌劇場/ゾンダースハウゼン交響楽団の首席奏者を務めた後2003年よりブランデンブルク州立フランクフルト管弦楽団のソロ・イングリッシュホルン奏者となり現在に至る。これまでオーボエを西野明男、齋藤勇二、小島葉子、小畑善昭、トーマス・インダーミューレ、ルイズ・ペレラン、ヴィンフリート・リーバーマン、ドミニク・ヴォーレンヴェーバーの各氏に師事。

2001年9月にゾンダースハウゼン交響楽団とペテリス・ヴァスクスのイングリッシュホルン協奏曲のドイツ初演を行った後、2014年5月にもブランデンブルク州立管弦楽団フランクフルトの定期演奏会にて同曲を再演した。

As a member of the Loh-Orchestra Sondershausen, he gave numerous solo concerts with the orchestra. In 2004 he performed English horn concertos by Fasch and Donizetti with the Classical Philharmonic Orchestra Bonn. In 2012 he performed with the Phoenix Chamber Orchestra in Sibiu, Romania. In 2013 he performed Mozart's oboe concerto with the New Prussian Philharmonic Orchestra in Berlin.

In September 2001 he was the soloist at the German premiere of the English horn concerto by Pēteris Vasks with the Loh Orchestra Sondershausen, and in May 2014 he performed this work again as a soloist at the subscription concert of the Brandenburg State Orchestra in Frankfurt.

In 2010 he took part in the Stockhausen Summer Courses, where he performed “Kreuzspiel” and received a prize for his interpretation of the seventh piece “Balance” from “Klang”. In November of the same year he was invited to the St. Petersburg Festival of Contemporary Music with these works.

Since his recital debut in Tokyo in 2001, he has regularly given solo performances and chamber music concerts in Tokyo and the surrounding area, as well as in Berlin.

Since 2003 he has lived in Berlin.
