All instruments manufactured by Buffet Crampon have passed quality tests at the factory and have been subjected to more stringent quality controls by Buffet Crampon Japan Ltd. technical support.
In the unlikely event of malfunction during normal use within the warranty period, the instrument will be repaired or adjusted free of charge in accordance with the warranty rules.
1) After purchasing the product, you must register as a loyal customer in order to benefit from the warranty service.
Please note that if you do not register as a customer, you are in principle excluded from the warranty service.
2) If the cause of the malfunction corresponds to one of the following situations, the product will be invoiced even during the warranty period.
(1) If the warranty card is not presented.
(2) If the date of purchase, the customer's name and the dealer's seal do not appear on the warranty card.
(3) If user registration has not been completed.
(4) Failure due to fire, natural disaster (flood, earthquake, lightning, etc.) or unforeseen accident.
(5) Failure due to improper use or negligent storage.
(6) If the product has been repaired, modified or disassembled other than by our technical support department.
(7) Cracks in the wood of the clarinet after more than one month from the date of purchase.
(8) Cracks in the wood of the oboe.
(9) Cracks in the exhaust pipe of “Green-LinE” models.
3) Shipping and packing costs for repairs are at the customer's expense, whether the repair is paid for or free of charge.
4) This warranty is valid only in Japan for instruments purchased from authorized dealers in Japan.
5) The warranty card will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
6) When requesting warranty repairs, please present the warranty card together with the product.
This warranty promises free repair during the period and under the conditions indicated in the warranty and does not limit the customer's legal rights. If you have any questions about repairs after the warranty period, please contact your dealer or our technical support department.
